Fulvik Asit Nedir? Ne İşe Yarar?

What is Fulvic Acid? What Does It Do?

Fulvic acid is an organic compound found in nature in soil, compost, and natural humus layers, formed as a result of the microbial decomposition of plant matter. It is the form of humic substances that has the smallest molecular structure and is completely water-soluble. Its color can range from light yellow to dark brown.

What Are the Benefits of Fulvic Acid?

1. Increases Mineral Absorption

Thanks to the negatively charged ions it contains, fulvic acid binds minerals and facilitates their transport into cells. It specifically increases the absorption of elements such as iron, zinc, and magnesium.

2. Has a Detoxifying Effect

It helps remove heavy metals, toxins, and free radicals from the body. It promotes the excretion of toxins by making cell membranes more permeable.

3. Strengthens the Immune System

It protects cells thanks to its antioxidant properties. It is believed to strengthen defenses against viruses, bacteria, and fungi.

4. Increases Energy and Endurance

It contributes to combating fatigue by supporting energy production at the cellular level.

5. Supports Skin Health

When used topically (on the skin), it can be effective against skin issues such as inflammation, eczema, and acne. It may show skin-rejuvenating effects.

6. Supports Gut Flora

It balances gut health with probiotic effects and may have improving effects on the digestive system.

💧 Usage and Dosage

  • Liquid form: 5–10 ml per day is usually sufficient. It can be taken by mixing it into water or fruit juice.

  • Capsule form: Varies according to product dosage; manufacturer instructions should be followed.

  • Topical use: For skin issues, it can be applied directly in cream or serum form.

⚠️ Points to Consider

  • Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children should consult a doctor before use.

  • It should not be taken with chlorinated water; chlorine may reduce the effectiveness of fulvic acid.

  • Excessive dosage may lead to diarrhea or stomach discomfort.
